Accounts & Eligibility
- You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Provide accurate information and update it as needed.
Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the Services, or violate laws.
- Comply with export, sanctions, and anti‑corruption rules.
- We may suspend/terminate for violations or security/performance risks.
Purchases & Subscriptions
- Prices/taxes are shown at checkout and may change prospectively.
- Subscriptions auto‑renew unless canceled; access continues until period end.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Licenses to Digital Products
Digital items (themes, plugins, templates) are licensed, not sold. Use is limited to the scope/term and restrictions provided at purchase. No resale, sublicensing, public distribution, or key sharing.
Intellectual Property
All content, code, and marks are owned by Uxkode or licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms or an applicable license.
User Content & Feedback
By submitting feedback or materials, you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free license to use them to improve and promote the Services, consistent with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Third‑Party Services
We may integrate or link to third‑party tools. Their terms and privacy practices apply; we are not responsible for third‑party content or conduct.
Warranties & Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Implied warranties (merchantability, fitness, non‑infringement) are disclaimed where allowed.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect/special/consequential damages or lost profits, data, or business. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify Uxkode and its personnel from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or legal/security reasons. Upon termination, rights cease and license keys may be disabled. Sections that should survive will survive.
Consumer Rights & Governing Law
Mandatory consumer protections and statutory rights in your jurisdiction are not limited by these Terms. Where permitted, disputes are resolved in courts competent for the operator's principal place of business.

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
