We want you to be happy with your purchase. This summary outlines eligibility, exclusions, how to request a refund, and timing.
Eligibility
- Digital products: refund within 14 days if defective or not as described after reasonable support attempts.
- Subscriptions: cancel anytime; initial/renewal refunds generally within 14 days if no substantial use or activation.
- Services: refunds depend on delivery stage; completed work/time may be deducted or non‑refundable.
Not Eligible
- Change of mind after substantial download/use or license activation beyond testing.
- Issues from third‑party conflicts, unsupported setups, or unmet prerequisites when our product functions as described.
- Promotions, trials, beta, or discounted items clearly marked as non‑refundable; custom deliverables completed to spec.
How to Request
- Email uzzal@uxkode.com from your order email with order ID and a brief summary.
- Include screenshots/logs to help us verify and troubleshoot.
- Allow us reasonable time to resolve; if unresolved, we will process a refund per this Policy.
Method & Timing
Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Processing times vary by provider and may take 5–10 business days. Bank/FX fees are outside our control.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks may result in suspension of related licenses/accounts during investigation. Please contact us first so we can help quickly.
Statutory Rights
Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law. Where local law grants additional rights, those prevail.
